1) RESERVATIONS: To ensure your reservation, a deposit of half of your stay is requested. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders. Balance is due on arrival. Please check in at Marro’s Restaurant for your key.

2) CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. There are no refunds for early check-out.

3) CANCELLATION: A request for cancellation will be honored when received no less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. At that time you may move your stay to another time that is available, or forfeit one night’s stay of your deposit. The balance of your deposit will then be mailed to you.

4) SMOKE-FREE FACILTY: We enforce a strict “No-Smoking” Policy. Smoking is permitted on the balcony ONLY. Those who violate the “No-Smoking” Policy will be charged a $275.00 cleaning fee.

5) PARKING: We offer off-street parking for two vehicles.

6) PETS: Sorry, there are no pets allowed.

7) VANDALISM: Please remember that you will be held responsible for missing or broken items.

Daily rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $25.00 extra each day.
